Our standard MOQ is 500 units per SKU for most products. For custom ODM designs requiring new molds, the MOQ is typically 1,000–3,000 units depending on complexity. We also offer lower MOQs for first-time partners — just ask!
Standard OEM orders take 25–35 days after sample approval. Rush orders can be completed in as little as 14 days. ODM projects with new molds add 15–20 days for tooling. We provide weekly production updates.
Yes! We ship worldwide and have extensive experience with U.S. customs, FDA compliance, and Amazon FBA requirements. We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms. Our logistics team handles everything door-to-door.
We offer laser engraving, UV printing, silk-screen printing, embossing, debossing, powder coating, and custom color matching (Pantone). We can also create fully custom shapes and features through our ODM service.
Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For established partners, we offer flexible terms including net-30 and letter of credit. All payments are processed securely.
Absolutely. We provide physical samples within 48 hours for existing designs, and 7–10 days for custom prototypes. Sample costs are credited toward your first bulk order. Shipping is via DHL/FedEx.
